Our Directors support the growth of The CBR Journal around the world.  They help with the distribution of The CBR Journal in their region.  They also provide guidance to those who are seeking to establish a "viral culture" of Gospel-Centered, Spirit-Led, Inter-Dependent Daily Bible Reading in Community.  


Ted Sinn  //  International Director

Ted created The CBR Journal while serving as a Church Planter in Orlando, FL.  As the International Director of The CBR Journal, he supports the viral growth of the Journal, creates our workshop materials and provides on site training to our Partner Churches.  In addition to his role with The CBR Journal, Ted serves as the Pastor of Oversight at Summit Crossing Community Church in Madison, AL. 


Alberto Puente Navarro  //  Spain

Alberto is the Pastor of Iglesia Bautista Fe in Sevilla...a church he Planted in 2012.  Since 2012, he has planted two more churches in Sevilla.  He is honored to train, advise and support Church Plants and Church Planters throughout Spain.  Alberto is the National Director for The CBR Journal in Spain.

Grant Van Schalkwyk  //  England

Grant is the Lead Elder at Redeemer Church Plymouth, a church planting church in the South West of England. He has a passion for raising leaders so that more churches can be planted in order for more people to hear and know the good news of Jesus.  Grant is the National Director for The CBR Journal in England.


Tom Clewer // Wales

Tom is the pastor of Grace Community Church, Porthcawl, an Advance church on the south coast of Wales. He is passionate about lives being impacted by the joy-filled truth of the gospel and believes that The CBR Journal can have a significant role in making this happen. Tom is the National Director for The CBR Journal in Wales.


Russ Kapusinski  //  Southern California

Russ is a seasoned Church Planter and Pastor of Pastors.  Russ was an “early adopter” of The CBR Journal and has “infected’ many churches and church plants with the tool.  Russ is the Regional Director for The CBR Journal in Southern California.
